Last Wednesday 19th August, 2009, a meeting was held with senior Ministry of Transport personnel regarding the loophole that exists in the current insurance requirements. Whilst the M.O.T., is very concerned about the situation and the Crown Solicitors are looking into the problem the current situation remains stagnant.
