Yes we all work for a living and endevour to run the Australian Taxi
Drivers Association as unpaid volunteers in our spare time.

Our President, is
Michael Jools seen here hard at work at his office.
Michael is one of the original founders of the N.S.W.Taxi Drivers Association which has now fallen by the wayside and has been a very active campaigner for Taxi Driver's rights at work for many years.
Michael
is there to handle general and membership inquiries from 10.00 a.m. until 1.00 p.m.
after which he too has to go and drive a taxi for a living Please

Our Vice President is Mohamed Hadid
Mohammed was also a foundation member of the N.S.W. TDA and has been engaged in many campaigns and membership drives for both Associations. Mohammed lives in Auburn and is a lessee operator of a Silver Service cab. He is contactable from 12.00 mid-day to Midnight, six days a week.

Our Secretary Treasurer, David, works mainly from home.
His wife recently qualified as a solicitor passing her bar exams with distinction.
David has to now be a house dad and does part time teaching and although still holds a current Taxi Driver Authority does not do much driving any more.
David was once a plate owner on the Manly Waringah
netwok.
Our Country Representative and currently, still trying out various website composers as our website manager is Jimmy.
He currently drives a cab three days a week in the Blue Mountains of N.S.W.
Apart from this he is an active member of the N.S.W. Rural Fire Service and in this photo is seen as a communications person (dispatcher) at the communications office of the Blue Mountains Rural Fire Service.
Jimmy also works from home and heads up our blog site also.
Jimmy has a large patch to cover being all areas of
N.S.W. outside the Metropolitan Taxi Districts of Sydney, Newcastle and
Wollongong.
We Have many Tasks That Need Doing For The Betterment
Of Conditions for Taxi Drivers. We welcome all that are willing to give
a hand and whatever time they can spare. Drop in at our office for a
